While the game nails the aesthetic of NES and SNES sci fi, it really slacks when it comes to control consistency and boss design. The bosses are erratic and only have a frame or two of anticipation before an attack, making it almost impossible to judge what they're going to do. For a game that requires tight movements and split scond decisions, the occassional laggy input and tiny jump height make it frustrating and unfun to play.
Easily the best meroidvania game on Google play that I've seen. I would give this (almost) masterpiece 5 stars if it weren't for the insanely hard bosses. I spent 30 minutes just trying to beat the second boss. but I still recommend it to people who like an extreme challenge
a lot of potential, but the controls are too inconsistent to be precise and the boss battles are too difficult and random to be fun. I truly hate playing this game. I really want to encourage people not to play this. there are good games out there to play instead.
This is good for NES to play by being a powerful and hard metroidvania! If this game had to exist in NES times, This was probably one of the Best games Ever!
Very challenging fun metroid clone. One of the best ive found but the boss fights are pretty tough! :-)
Love this game!
Really nice pixel art. Game feels and plays great. Only recommended if you like a challenge as some of the bosses are ludicrously tricky. Music is average but fitting. It's short, but worth replaying. Had fun :)
App won't load pass "Now loading" Screen. It just Force closes you out the Game. Thankfully I got a Refund. Hopefully this gets Fix. Could be my Phone. Otherwise the game looks Awesome from the YouTube Trailer.
I don't normally leave reviews for things I buy in app stores but this game scratches the metroidvania itch ten fold. It's really the only game of its kind on mobile and to the creators my hats off to you. Cool graphics and music. I cant wait to see whats next!
Probably the best Metroidvania experience on mobile; The gorgeous SNES 16-bit graphic style, the amazing soundtracks, and a smooth Gameplay; Well the game's amazing in everyway... It's like Metroid and Megaman had a baby, and they named it Saving Princess. But the game is pretty short though; you can probably finish it in less than an hour.
